Concentration weak hone ka matlab ye nahi ki aap padhai ke liye serious nahi ho. Aksar problem environment, unclear target, digital distraction, ya mental overload hoti hai. Focus improve karne ke liye sabse pehle ye samajhna padta hai ki attention kyun break ho rahi hai.

Sleep aur physical fatigue bhi concentration par direct effect dalte hain. Agar aap exhausted hain to low focus ko laziness samajhna fair nahi hota.
